There is no Opera House-wide release schedule. Tours have 2026–27 inventory open and should be booked in advance; the 12-place Backstage Tour must be booked by 5pm on the preceding day. Performances use production-specific Insider/newsletter presales followed by public sale, commonly at 9am or 10am on the announced date.

Free entry: The exterior precinct, forecourt, broadwalks and public food outlets are free and need no booking. Children under five are free on the Sydney Opera House Tour and Mobility Access Tour; they are free only for the tour portion of Tour & Dine.

Sold out? Check the official calendar for another date, matinee, price reserve, or a different official tour or performance. For accessible seating or booking help, contact the Box Office on 1300 764 849 or bookings@sydneyoperahouse.com. Use only Sydney Opera House or an explicitly named co-presenter/authorized agency; avoid speculative resale listings.
