Time: Arrive 45–60 minutes before opening; use rope drop through about 12:30 p.m. for headline coasters. · On summer Saturdays, holidays and HalloWeekends Saturdays, arrive 75–90 minutes before opening. · Visit the Boardwalk and Lake Erie side around sunset. · Use the final 90 minutes for rerides, but do not leave a must-do coaster until closing.
Avoid: Avoid thunderstorms, lightning, strong wind, oppressive heat, and October Saturdays if efficient coaster riding is your priority.
