Level 1 Guest Services desks are at the East, North and West entrances for directions, wheelchairs, strollers, lockers and lost-and-found help.

Check in separately for a paid attraction
Arrive 15–20 minutes early for a timed paid attraction, allowing longer on holiday weekends or when carrying bags.

No cloakroom is advertised. Paid self-service lockers are available in the East, West, North, South and Nickelodeon Universe areas: US$10 regular, US$12 large, US$15 extra-large and US$20 jumbo.

The mall is generally step-free. Accessible parking is on Levels 1 and 4 of the ramps, with stair/elevator-free access to the mall. Elevators are at East, West and South corridor junctions, Sears Court and near the North Entrance. Every restroom has wheelchair-accessible stalls; companion/family restrooms are near the Level 1 cardinal entrances. Daily rentals: wheelchair US$12 or electric cart US$45, plus a refundable US$25 deposit.
